How it is built

A pleated fan of stiffened champagne satin, folded like a pavilion roof and held by three violet acrylic ribs.

Colour: champagne fabric with violet ribs

What it is made of

  • 01Stiffened polyester satin over a buckram base
  • 02Cast acrylic (PMMA) planes, 2 mm, edges polished
  • 03Satin-covered metal headband, 5 mm
  • 04Clear polycarbonate hair comb, 7 cm

Care: wipe the acrylic with a soft, dry microfibre cloth; no alcohol or solvent cleaners. Store it in its box, away from direct sun and heat.

04 · How to wear

Putting it on

  1. Sits on a thin satin-covered headband: slide it on from behind the ears so the piece rests on the right side, just above the temple.
  2. Fixed on a clear hair comb: push the comb into the hair above the right ear, teeth facing back, and secure with a pin if your hair is fine.
