How it is built
A folded peak of stiffened ivory satin, like a gable roof, edged along its ridge with a thin violet acrylic strip.

- 01Stiffened polyester satin over a buckram base
- 02Cast acrylic (PMMA) planes, 2 mm, edges polished
- 03Clear polycarbonate hair comb, 7 cm
- 04Satin-covered metal headband, 5 mm
Care: wipe the acrylic with a soft, dry microfibre cloth; no alcohol or solvent cleaners. Store it in its box, away from direct sun and heat.

04 · How to wear
Putting it on
- Fixed on a clear hair comb: push the comb into the hair above the right ear, teeth facing back, and secure with a pin if your hair is fine.
- Sits on a thin satin-covered headband: slide it on from behind the ears so the piece rests on the right side, just above the temple.
