01 · Structure

How it is built

A 22 cm arc of violet-tinted acrylic that cantilevers out sideways from a small clear acrylic disc, braced by a single steel wire with a bead end.

Colour: violet-tinted and clear acrylic

02 · Materials

What it is made of

  • 01Cast acrylic (PMMA) planes, 2 mm, edges polished
  • 02Stainless steel wire, 1.2 mm, with 4 mm steel bead ends
  • 03Satin-covered metal headband, 5 mm

Care: wipe the acrylic with a soft, dry microfibre cloth; no alcohol or solvent cleaners. Store it in its box, away from direct sun and heat.

Putting it on

  1. Sits on a thin satin-covered headband: slide it on from behind the ears so the piece rests on the right side, just above the temple.
